As our newest Service Coordinator you will coordinate between client’s needs, contractors and FES staff to ensure services are delivered in accordance with customer expectations and FES service standards.
You will have;
- Tertiary qualification in a business field or in the fire protection industry or;
Completion of an appropriate certificate in administration
- Exceptional people skills when dealing with internal and external key personnel
About The Role
As a committed team player you are great at arranging and coordinating service teams for our highly regarded customer base.
With Fire Equipment Services’ excellent internal mentoring and training process you will also respond to customer queries, complaints, requests drawing on internal and external resources and your new know-how.
Managing client needs includes you creating and submitting quotes, arranging service visits and verification of service activities. Because you are naturally innovative you are able to look at a process and see ways to improve efficiencies in service delivery.
