FES wish to advise that we have implemented a new system starting 1st April 2024, whilst we wait for the return of our Firecode® Asset Management System. This new system will provide all FES customers with self-serve portal access. This Customer Portal will provide the ability for you to access:
- Service Reports
- Invoices
- Quotes
Note: The change to this new service system has resulted in a change to both the look and layout of our service report and invoice. Below are sample documents for your reference.
Invoicing Update
Following verification of services completed, invoices are now being released for services completed within the affected period, so you may receive invoices for service work completed in 2023.

We have established a dedicated phone line, should there be any specific questions regarding a 2023 invoice received. The number is (03) 9491 9450 and support is available between the hours of 0900-1700 Monday-Friday excluding public holidays. We are hopeful of keeping up and providing timely invoicing for services performed 1st April 2024 onwards.
