Ensuring you're compliant with regulations
The Victorian Building Authority (VBA) is responsible for the regulation, registration and licensing of building practitioners and plumber practitioners in Victoria. Under the Building Act 1993 and the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 2002. This important Government Agency ensures your builder and plumber are licenced, certified and have all the necessary insurances and permits required to contribute to a safe and compliant industry, and hold those who don’t, accountable.
